2007/8 Nextstep Delivery Plan

The Delivery Plan summarises the work planned for the year. It forms part of the contract with the LSC. Each quarter the work of the Network is compared with Delivery Plan and summarised in a report. These quarterly reports are then discussed with the LSC Contract Manager at contract review meetings. The Management Group considers how performance can be improved, particularly where the plan has not been fully implemented or customer needs have not been fully met. A copy of the Delivery Plan can be obtained from your Nextstep Network Development Coordinator.

2007/8 Skills Coaching Pilot Delivery Plan

Nextstep London West is also managing a Skills Coaching pilot. This involves close collaboration with Jobcentre Plus. A copy of the Skills Coaching Delivery Plan can be downloaded here.
